Will you hang up lights I already have?
We know a lot of folks have their own lights and would love to use them, but we do not offer this service. We use a leasing model in order to maintain your lights with the highest quality, professional grade lights possible. It also allows us to ensure every light works before we install them and maintenance them free of charge.
Can I change the color of my lights this season?
Yes! We offer free color changes as long as the color bulb is in stock. If it is a special color we need to order in, a color change fee may apply.
What happens if our lights quit working at any time?
If your lights stop working or a bulb goes out, we ask that you call or text our main line, 409-728-4501. We will confirm receipt of your inquiry and be out to troubleshoot and repair within 48 hours in most all instances.
When will my lights be taken down?
We strive to have all lights taken down by January 15th.
